Mr. Speaker, there have been conversations with my colleagues, and I think, if you seek it, you will find unanimous consent for the following motion, that this House affirm that the rule of law is one of the principles upon which Canada was founded and applies equally to everyone, that no one is above the law, and that the Criminal Code provides no statute of limitations for crimes such as fraud against the government and anyone— Some hon. members: No.
