Madam Speaker, we could swear just by the member's comments in his speech across the way that everything was just great, but it is not. An hon. member: It is. Mr. Bob Zimmer: Madam Speaker, he just said that it is. He heckled me and said it is. I have an article by Kelly Hayes entitled, “Northerners are hitting the cost of living breaking point”. We are seeing a skyrocketing amount of people who have to use food banks in the territories. If everything is just good, what does the member have to say to northerners, when clearly it is not great for them?
