Mr. Speaker, I can answer my colleague's question with just a few words: lack of security, lack of predictability. This has a profound impact on the strength that these people already need to summon. The most important thing, the thing we should make a priority for persons with disabilities, is to ensure that they have food security and the basic comforts so they can express themselves, get involved and fulfill their true potential in modern society. We live in a modern society. We are not living in the Middle Ages. I think this is necessary and urgent, as my colleague was saying, and we absolutely must flesh out this bill with adaptable criteria.
