Mr. Speaker, our farmers are the first to be affected by climate change. They are heavily involved in the fight against climate change and in reducing emissions. Our programs for helping them apply best practices and learn new technologies, and for investing in research and inovation, are oversubscribed. We are being flooded with applications. This demonstrates the level of interest. We will continue working hard to reduce our emissions and fight climate change.
