Mr. Speaker, my colleague talked about offshore wind power. I saw a project like that in Denmark that seemed interesting. I just want to make sure that none of these wind development projects will be built in an at-risk or protected marine area and no protected marine area will see its boundaries moved to the benefit of entrepreneurs or investors. Can my colleague give me assurances on that?
