Mr. Speaker, what is costly is taking money out of Canadians' pockets, which is what the Conservatives are doing. They voted against the Canada child benefit. They voted against increasing the guaranteed income supplement for seniors. They voted against the dental benefit for less affluent Canadians. On this side of the House, we understand that we have to be there to support Canadians. That is something I wish the party opposite could understand.
