Mr. Speaker, our government wishes to see a Canada where fairness prevails for every generation. Therefore, pursuant to Standing Order 83(1), I have the honour to table, in both official languages, a notice of a ways and means motion, and a backgrounder, which lays out our plan to make our tax system and our economy more fair for every generation. Pursuant to Standing Order 83(2), I ask that an order of the day be designated for consideration of the motion.
