Madam Speaker, I think I really said all I had to say about this bill. I hope it passes today. I would like to see it pass on division and get through all the stages in the Senate fairly quickly. We are running out of time. As just about everyone has said today, climate change is creating disastrous conditions. We need to do a better job of forecasting them if we want to minimize costs. I know the insurance industry is following the bill closely and wants to see it passed as well. I will conclude by once again thanking my colleagues for their support.

Madam Speaker, my home insurance premiums obviously increase the amount I have to spend on my home. Are we to consider this a tax?

Madam Speaker, I listened carefully to my colleague's speech, which I thought was very clear. I would like to ask him for some clarification so I can better understand where the Conservatives are coming from.
