Madam Speaker, when I read the outline of this bill, I thought that there was no way we would dither and debate this for long, because there is still a pressing need to correct an injustice. I do not see how anyone could justify waiting to correct an injustice. That is why I was very surprised to see the Conservatives say no just now to the motion that would have allowed us to move quickly to correct these injustices. What does the member think of this refusal?
