Mr. Speaker, I will be directing my questions to the Minister of Mental Health and Addictions. In Belleville, Ontario, and surrounding Bay of Quinte, is there adequate funding and resources for addictions and essential addiction management?

After nine years, there are no treatment facilities to bring our loved ones home drug-free. What is the government's plan to fund and measure success for the crisis affecting Belleville?
