Madam Speaker, I will move the motion, then, in the same way that the member for Wellington—Halton Hills did. What was agreed to, he read, and then he moved into parts that were not agreed to. I will read what he and other parties have already agreed to. We would then, from that moment on, move forward with the kind of committee resources that need to be allocated to treat the bill effectively.
