I encourage members not to go too close to the line in terms of referring to other members by their first names. I understand that it made sense with the first name that was mentioned, but the second name skated a little bit too close to the line. The hon. leader of the government in the House of Commons.

I am certain the hon. member understood when I made mention of it in that intervention. If he listened to the first part of it, I said first part was fine; it was the second reference that was skating to the line in terms of making reference to the Prime Minister.
