My question is to the Premier. All of Toronto city council opposes the government using Bill 23 to carve up the greenbelt. A majority of council is against Bill 39 imposing minority rule on the people of Toronto, including councillors from Etobicoke. Thousands of Etobicoke residents have signed petitions calling on the government to withdraw both bills.
