Mr. Speaker, I would like to remind the member opposite that, thankfully, we all passed the FES last week. That means, in the member's riding in Manitoba, a family of four is going to receive $1,440 with the rural top-up. In my riding, in Newfoundland and Labrador, it is $1,430. In Alberta, it is $2,160. No matter how we do the math, eight out of 10 families are better off with the carbon rebate, especially families in rural Canada. They have the top-up.
